Formal DMCA notice
If you prefer the statutory route, send the same address a notice including:
- Your signature, physical or electronic.
- The copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
- The full URL of each page you want removed.
- Your name, address, phone number and email.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorised to act for them.
Counter-notice: if your material was removed by mistake, send us the same details plus a statement under penalty of perjury explaining the error, and consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court. We may restore it if no court order follows.
We terminate access for repeat infringers. Knowingly filing a false notice can make you liable for damages under Section 512(f).
