18 U.S.C. 2257 Statement

All material on this site consists of animated, illustrated or computer-generated depictions of fictional characters. It contains no photographic or video recordings of real people engaged in actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct.

The record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 therefore do not apply, as those requirements attach to depictions of real human performers. This statement is published for transparency.

Every character depicted is fictional and depicted as an adult aged 18 or over, including characters drawn from existing series, whatever age they are given there. Sexual depictions of children are prohibited and removed on discovery: see Prohibited Content.
